Contacting us

The contact form sends your name, contact details, selected service and message to Sames Inc. through Webtune and GoHighLevel. A notification may be texted to John; the form does not send an automatic text to you or enroll you in marketing. Supabase stores submission identifiers and keyed hashes for duplicate prevention and abuse protection. Please do not include sensitive personal or payment information in your message.

Hosting and outside services

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Google Fonts receives technical request information when your browser loads fonts. Animation scripts are hosted with this website. These providers process information under their own policies. Webtune operates the website for Sames Inc.

Cookies, storage and tracking

This website does not run advertising pixels, visitor analytics or session replay. It uses session storage to manage page-transition animations and remember a submission identifier and hash so retries can avoid duplicate inquiries during the same browser session. It does not store the form's contact details in browser storage. Links to Facebook and other websites open services with their own privacy and cookie practices. Optional tracking that requires consent must stay off until you enable it, if introduced in the future.

Use, sharing and retention

We use inquiries to respond, discuss estimates, arrange work and maintain service records. We do not sell inquiry details. Website and communications providers process them to deliver these services. We retain information as needed for the inquiry, work, records and legal obligations. Contact John to request deletion; some records may need to remain for these purposes and provider backup copies may persist after active records are removed.
